This summer is one of the best. And it is so even not because It was the time of my life with dear people. The main reason is the special book ''The thorn birds''. It turned my soul topsy-torvy. After the reading I really understood that books like people can have the great influence on you.
I remembered that it would be necessary to read a book in English. I wanted a book which would not disappoint me.
I looked through many books: the first one was boring, the second was about some politician affairs, the third seemed very primitive. Suddenly, I saw a familiar title ''Dear John''. Oh, of course, my friend delighted in the film of the same name. She always said to me: '' It does not matter how many years will pass. The one thing exactly will be the same - our "see you soon". It was the phrase from the film.
Then I decided to find this phrase on the book's pages.

ОтветитьУдалитьI do not know who is Olya's friend she mentioned but I have watched the film and I was impressed. I even tried to read the book but it's impossible because you have already learned all interesting details about the plot and main charecters and descriptions and so on and so forth.
I wish I read the book before the film
